Berwick House Renovation Complete!

After many hours of hard work, Berwick House has a fresh exterior and a new lease on life.

Berwick House is the original founding retirement community for Berwick built in 1989. Lovingly cared for over the last 23 years it was time to update and add some new features. Our renovation included adding full balconies to the front facing suites, brand new exterior stucco with stone pillar compliments and cedar plank accents.

But we didn’t stop there – we also added a new front courtyard garden space with water feature, expanded and re-designed our private dining room and added a whole new activities level! The activities level offers a games and lounge space with an oversize flatscreen TV to catch the latest sports games, a comfortable theatre for movies or presentations and a fully-equipped fitness room for residents to maintain their health and wellness. We invite you to come for a tour, see our new renovations and all that Berwick House has to offer in Victoria BC
