Join us for a “new to exercise” or “been way from it for a long time” beginner fitness class with certified Fitness Instructor Jen Cologioli. Jen will take us through a program of seated fun fitness moves to build some strength and limber up. This is a typical fitness program that one would experience as a Resident at Berwick. We look forward to welcoming you to come and try out this beginner fitness class – Stay for a social and a healthy snack after and Jen will be available for questions.
