Yes!  We encourage your family and friends to enjoy our delicious meals and extraordinary service as your guests. We can accommodate your guests at breakfast, lunch, dinner & Sunday Brunch for a small charge.  Simply make a reservation at Reception and our Dining Room Supervisor will reserve the perfect spot for you.  For special occasions, or when family or friends wish to have a private get-together, we recommend our Private Dining Room as a special place to create great memories.

Can pets live at Berwick?
-
Answered on September 5th,2014

That depends. Our newest residence in Campbell River is pet friendly, and welcomes residents to bring a canine or feline family pet with them.  Berwick on the Lake in Nanaimo, and Berwick Royal Oak in Victoria are also resident pet friendly buildings.   All Berwick residences welcome visiting pets in non-food service areas.  For further information, please see our Berwick Pet Policy or contact your nearest Berwick community.

May I have meals in my suite?
-
Answered on September 4th,2014

Meals are served in our Dining Room or Bistro to provide delicious, nourishing food in a congenial, social setting for our residents and guests to enjoy.  From time to time it may be more expedient for a resident to dine in the privacy of their own suite. If you are experiencing illness or infection we will deliver meal trays to your suite, and all residents are eligible to receive six free meal trays per month for illness.  Additional meal trays for illness can be delivered for a charge of $6.50 per tray.  At other times residents may wish to dine in their own suite to accommodate an appointment or activity (Monday night football with family, or Oscar Night!). On those occasions residents may come to the Dine ‘n Dash area and receive a meal in a “to go” container.

How long is your waitlist?
-
Answered on September 2nd,2014

Our month-to-month tenancy means that suite availability can change very quickly.  Many residents opt to move into a suite to get into the building, then go on an internal waitlist if the perfect suite is not available right away.  The more flexible you are regarding the size and location of your suite at Berwick, the less time you will have to wait to move in with us. If you are interested in exploring residency with us, we recommend that you contact us immediately.
